The hotel exceeded my expectations, with amazing rooms and great value for the tariff. The service was top-notch, with immediate room changes and a helpful staff. The location, although needing some renovations, was convenient and right opposite the train station. The dining experience was satisfactory, with plenty of selection but could get busy in the mornings. The hotel facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

The rooms were amazing and so much better than the pictures. They were well-sized, comfortable, and felt more like a cozy bedroom and sitting room rather than a typical hotel room experience.

The hotel was quiet and provided us with x2 single beds and x1 double, though it was a bit warm as the air conditioning seemed down. Fortunately, a fan was provided, which helped us stay cool. The service was top-notch, especially Sylvia at the front desk who was extremely professional and helpful. The dining experience was chaotic at times due to the busy mornings with foreign passengers. Location-wise, it was excellent being right opposite the train station and close to useful amenities like supermarkets and restaurants.
